someone plese help...

I'm trying to jack up my car to change the tranny fluid, and I want to know where is the best place to put the jack stand and where is the best area to jack up the car... picture would perfere.

oh.. i mean by using one of the oil pressure jack where would be a good place to jack it up, and also an area to place the jack stand
