Default More hidden Z storage

Another hidden storage area in the Z exists if you do not have the Bose system. The compartment door comes off pretty easily behind the drivers seat and behind it is a very large area large enough for a gym bag or lots of cash or whatever else you want to hide. It's not as easy to access but it's well hidden.

What will "you" put in there???

Enjoy!

Steve

I've looked at the plate. How did you get it off? Just pry it off?

Interested,

Interested,
It comes off very easily. Use a small pry bar or a flat head screwdriver. Just be careful and start at the upper corners. It will just pop off. The bottom has hook fasteners and the top just pops in.

Default extra storage compartment

I'm wondering if we can order and isntall a second compartment for the driver side identical to the passenger side...for those that do not have the bose system.

Does it fit? Of course we would have to remove the speaker plate...

Just curious though as that would provide extra storage...

Yes. You could order another storage compartment to place within the non-Blose enclosure.

Once you unbolt the subwoofer plate, the storage box would just attach right in. You will, however, have to remove a fair portion of the interior to remove the cover trim hiding the bolts for the sub plate.

Default rear compartment

Can this rear section be removed without disrupting to much structural framing of the car? im wanting to remove the top section with the 2 6.5's and the bottom section where the sub and glove box was.
