I’m not sure of the correct answer, but we have 3 months to figure it out.

Nismo is overpriced and minimal gains are achieved(hence why they give you a warranty with them)! Buy aftermarket ex.jwt, greddy, etc etc etc If your doing bolt ons, then just take them off and put your oem equiptment back on if the car ever ****s up. That would work right?
Peace!

Thats right...

Remember, they cant void ur warranty unless the modification u installed was the direct cause of defection/problem. You have a nice day now...

You pay for the nismo spec.

Some things are over priced others are not. mynismo.com is the best place for nismo stuff, and since you are semi local is you ever need service you can go to performance nissan in duarte who wont give you trouble about your mods unless your mod is that failed. But thats pretty much self explanatory.

Nismo intake will add just as much power as any other intake, meaning essentially 0hp as can be CONSISTENTLY measured on a dyno

Nismo headers will give gains second only to Crawford which are priced a little higher.

Nismo cat back is probably the only correctly advertised power gain

Nismo cams are right up there with JWT for power gain/smooth idle compromise that works in a street car.

Nismo suspension is as good as it gets for the street Z

Nismo clutch/flywheel still maintains a "street" level of driveability

As far as value goes, we all know that NA mods are not a value compared to FI, so don't even make this argument, and Nismo NA mods are as good as any other out there FOR A STREET CAR. If you want to make your Z more of a race car, that is a different story, but to what degree one is willing to compromise "civility" to do this is a personal choice. It all really depends on one's goals for the car.

Yeah, I've been looking at exhausts for a while now pondering which to buy. Really the Nismo exhaust looks great, is an S-tune part so it doesn't bother your warranty and gets about the same gain as any other ehaust. As far as design. I think the only exhaust I would choose over the Nismo would be the Stillen dual with double walled tips. Just my .02

Stillen will gain you 12lb in weight. Nismo will lose you 9lb in weight.
