OK...tell me I am not the only one who noticed the tow truck towed his car wrong!!!! It's a rear wheel drive car and they're towing by the front wheels? Not to mention this car should only be flat bedded! Dude...why didn't you tell the tow truck driver that???

 

There is nothing wrong with towing it the way he did because 1. Its a base model without a LSD 2. It was in nutral

Thanks everyone for kind words and yes as long as no one got hurt badly its cool and the car is fixable/replaceable.

I just hope the CHP caught the guy and he gets what he deserves.

Damn, friday late nite was raining hard as hell in bay area... glad no one was hurt but you and your friends must be all soaked in rain water waiting for the CHP to come to rescue....

 

What color was his car?

 

It was a black convertible mustang with red racing stripes and clear alteza lights. Some Mexican dude driving it.

 

There is paint on the back of my car for all you guys that said I was BSn too ill try to get better pics of the paint marks... The cops took photos of the paint at the scene so that if they caught the guy they would have proof!

My Z has spikes so if you hit it with your hand it comes out and stabs you also if your car crashes into it the spikes come out and you're stuck to the car so I can come out and kick your ***, I can shoot out energy ***** so I don't care if you have a gun.

That sucks man. This is exactly the reason why I hate driving in the rain at all, and if I have to, I always drive like a grandma. I love this car when it's dry, but if it's wet, I hate driving anywhere. Good luck with everything. I hope they catch the bastards.

Acree, if its not broken and the body shop will replace it I will just give it to you... i don't need to make money off this I just want to get the car back or a check if its totaled.... lol

if you are going to keep the car take it to a very prestigeous body shop where they change all bended or broken parts for new ones. For sure you will have to pay your deductible.

I'm sorry to say, but that guy in the mustang needs to get the beatdown of a lifetime. I hope he gets brought to justice. Driving like an idiot in the rain shows no common sense. I too drive like a grandma in the rain. Not to say that the car can't handle in the rain but stupid situations like these make you want to be more evasive when driving around idiots.

 

Did an estimate on the computer at my shop. Total came out to be $8,033.25 might differ from state to state on hourly wage. No total.

 

Im willing to bet the guy was an illegal with no insurance. Thats why he took off. The number of illegals driving in Cali is out of control, and nobody seems to be doing anything about it.

 

I feel so sorry for you, I'm a chick and my feelings would be so hurt. I would have been crying and depressed for days. I would hate for something to happen to my car. It would **** me off everytime I looked at it. You need to hit up some Mustang forums and see if you can find him that way. With the cosmetic specs you mentioned on his car, I'm sure he's somewhere bragging about it if he's on-line literate. GOOD LUCK. I think I might kiss my Z tomorrow after looking at yours.
