Do you think the G35C will upstage the 350Z?

I am having the same scenerio.
(1) BMW 325Ci/330Ci
(2) Infininiti G35c
(3) Nissan 350Z
But I don't want to spend more than $33,000 for a new car.
So, I'm staying with the 350z.
Btw, I went and test drove the 325 Ci 5speed. The car is not bad, but not enough pull after 3rd gear. It is actually similar priced with 350z.
