NOOO! RUN AWAY; RUN FAR, FAR AWAY!

I almost bought that car about a year ago:
https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/100514-show-car-on-ebay-worth-it.html

Backed out at the last minute. Guy that ended up buying it contacted me and said I was one lucky SOB; that it had MAJOR issues. No idea what has been done to it since then (wing and decals removed at the very least), but the car isn't driven; those one-off brakes aren't realistically streetable.

Here's what it used to look like: http://www.roadgearmag.com/article.a...ber=1&preview=

seems to have a built motor if it only has 500 miles on it, trailered or not. Maybe he blew it with the ProCharger!

No, the car was bought and built for shows only and simply was not driven. The ProCharger is likely not properly tuned, so any miles it DOES have on it are bad ones (I heard it wasn't running properly), the gauges are (or at least were) non-functional and according to the guy that contacted me after he bought it back then, the paint and fiberglass work are a mess and have cracks all over. The company that was selling it was really trying to pass it off as a great car, but it was so bad that someone else that worked there contacted me under the table and warned me of the issues; that's when I started digging around for more info. It had 500 miles on it back then, so it obviously hasn't been driven at all this past year; just been sitting somewhere. The wing was removed b/c I recall the guy said it was about to fall off on it's own and had a big crack down the middle of it.

without performance? if that thing is running like it should, i doubt your car could keep up with it. Have you read what it has? Now the big question is whether the thing runs right.

daily drive. No need to race so no need for performance.
