Wow, I nearly killed myself that one time I accidentally downshifted from 3rd to 2nd and I was at like 4500 rpms. I was in panic. Redline at 150 miles? That's a little intense. I never even brought it up to 4000 rpm till i hit like 800 miles.

 

As long as you keep it to yourself you should be OK...
