1986 200SX Turbo - best car I ever owned!
1990 300ZX
2004 350Z

Heritage? Hmm, I think Nissan makes good cars. Is there another reason to keep buying?

As for the Z, it's a package... great sports car + affordable price = spot in my garage!

My first car was a 1989 Grey 240SX ... which I ended up wrecking on the NJ Turnpike.

1. 1971 Datsun PU (cheap tranportation, dependable)
2. 240Z (nice first sports car)
3. Nissan Diesel PU 300k without a problem, fianlly got stolen or I would drive it still)
4. 1st gen. Sentra SER, GREAT car, bang for the buck!
5. 350Z (Nice but not happy with rattles)

I owned a 300ZX almost 10yrs. ago. and always loved the smooth quiet power of the 6 cylinder. I new what I was getting into w/ the new Z and I am very pleased...oh yeah I almost forgot that I had a 00" Xterra...I loved it except that it needed about 50 more hp.

Pop's had a 91' 240 SX. I learned how to drive MT on it......
I loved that car, so I guess part of me wants to continue the Nissan tradition....

The car I owned previously to this was a '93 Nissan NX - Turbo. SR20's are awesome engines and I knew the VQ would/could be just as good, if not stronger. Plus, you can't go wrong with Nissan

'72 240Z - Lots of fun, but I got real good and changing the starter and the dial carbs were flakey

'91 300XZ - Best Z ever. Burnt out the clutch plate after 30K miles, but no other problems after 95K miles

'04 Touring Roadster - Fun drive, but seems a little less tight then the last version.

1987 and 1988 Nissan Maxima one white se 5 speed the other silver auto.
No major problems. I drove the silver auto for 15,000 miles with a termo stat that was closed shut the car would overheat everyday. I would drive down rt. 1 in the summer with the heat fans on and the windows open ( I was lazy and stupid in those days) and when I fianlly changed the termo.. Car was solid!! Man I miss that se 5 speed. Does anyone have one the the board I'd like to buy a daily driver for under $700.00
