Should I be scared?
When I am at work I like to go outside every so often to check up on the Z. So today I walk outside and I see a white Galant and I see the driver taking a picture of my car. The area that I work in is a very wealthy neighborhood with much better cars then mine. But I'm not sure if the guy liked my car and just wanted to take a pic or if he was taking a pic for some bad intentions. What do you guys think?

he is just plannin his heist and wanted to get good pictures of the tow point of the vehicle for the pick up. It is a common practice. In the next couple of days he will show back up with his tow truck and pick up the car and if any one questions him he will just say that he is taking it to the dealer for repairs. By the time you figure out what is going on your car is going to be in Mexico stripped into a million pieces and the wheels will be on this El Camino.

it would be interesting to watch ebay for a listing matching your car (to scam others - would have no effect on you). Unless he was snapping the VIN, I wouldnt worry at all.
The absolute worst case is when a car (again, using the VIN) is stolen and then your info is used to register it. Again, minimal effect on you and Z's arent stolen that often. Also, not really a step back and get some shots kind of thing.
My bet is that someone is going to use it on ebay. Or maybe use it on cardomain as there own.

If he shows up again (very highly doubtful) you should get in your car and follow him and whenever he parks (office building, home, etc) you should just stroll by in your car taking pics. HA I wonder what he would think...

I understand your concern but don't let it work you up too much.
