Default sold Z back to Nissan

I just want to announce that I got a fat check from Nissan today and saying good bye to my tire problems with my 03 Z. I got a lemon Lawyer and he helped me and got Nissan to buy my car back (purchased price minus miles). Until I know for sure they fixed the problem I'm not purchasing another Z.

I’m sure that this action against NISSAN was a big headache. Glad to hear that it worked out to your satisfaction.

I used Krohn & Moss. My florida lawyer is Alex Weisburg. It took 4 months for the process. It wasn't bad. I submit my papers and wait. I didn't pay him anything. Nissan paid me and paid my lawyer as well.

Do you guys know for sure the 05 or 06 do not have the same problem? It's too new to tell. My tires feather every 10k miles.

its like that with all car models.. not just Nissan 350Z , I mean ALL!!!!!
every first year car has some bug or problems they just can seem to fix.
only after 2-3 year later. they come out with ?PERFECT? enough cars

i have 05 with 15000 with no tire/ feathering issues.
this is why i traded my 03 only after 9 months of ownership. jumped into different car
then went back to 05 Z because i knew they would fix all the problem by then

there is no such thing as a perfect car....i don't care how much money you pay for a car. Just that some cars has fewer problems than others and that some cars have major issues and some cars have minor issues.

+1. I put 13.5k miles on my RE040's and no issues. I wore out the rears before the fronts. I'm actually selling the fronts because they are still in very good shape. Probably another easy 5k miles.

Congrats. Hopefully the car will find its way into someone's hands who can appreciate it and take the time and effort to fix the toe issue (it's not hard).

For the record, I haven't had any issues with feathering - 2003 track 35k mi.
