Default Excellent example of customer service - Jason @ Performance!

I want to inform everyone of how a truly good customer experience can be. I ordered some seat brackets/rails from Jason at Performance Nissan / MyNismo.com about a week ago, and then they came on Thursday afternoon, there was no hardware in the package. I emailed him that night and friday morning got a phone call as soon as he got into the office both apologizing and asking what he could do to help fix the situation. In reality this was not Jason or Performance Nissan's fault to begin with, but a misunderstanding from me reading the installation instructions on Sparco's website which mentions a "Hardware Kit" and gives a part number. I made the mistaken assumption that this was to be included with the parts I had ordered, merely because it was in these instructions.

Despite my mistake / assumption, his excellent followup and willingness to overnight the parts at a large cost and inconvenience to him (as he had to go get them from Sparco) has made me a repeat customer for life.

THANKS JASON - everyone else take note, this is how customer service should work!!

I, too, have just had an excellent experience with Performance Nissan!

A few days ago, I placed an order from MyNismo.com for an LG washing machine, but within a few hours, I received a call from a sales representative stating that they do not carry any washing machine or things of that nature. I was very disappointed, but then he told me the good news: he just saved a bunch of money on his car insurance by switching to Geico !

I ordered a pop-charger a couple of weeks ago from them, they were fast and reliable. I had a great experience too. Good job P.N !!!!
