What happened to our beautiful Headlights?
Hey everyone! Does anyone else share my opinion on the terrible looking headlights on the 2006 Z? I can't get over how much my eyes are drawn to these things. Sorry for the venting, but a bad move by Nissan to redesign something so beautiful on previous models.....

This was also my first thought when i saw them. I don't like them, too.

I also heard, (but haven't confirmed it) that the '06 bumber is actually designed higher off the ground to get more clearance. Again I don't know why this would be done on a spots car.....if too many people are complaining about ground clearance...just buy an SUV....lol. In my opinion, the lower the better!
I know in pictures its not all that great, but I have to tell you, the Nissan dealer a few blocks from my house has an 06 GT PPW Roadster in front advertising with top down and frost leather interior. Its got to be one the most beautiful cars Ive ever seen, this is coming from me with my silverstone touring with wheels and all, it really made me go DAMN!! See them in person, Im sure it'll have a different effect.
i like them alot more than the 03-05 . and as a matter of fact if you 06 guys dont like your lights you can go into wwwricks2k.com and look at the clear headlight strip headlights for the 350z. if you like them those exact lights are from my car. used my car for the pics. id be happy to trade!
I finally saw the 06 headlights in person for the first time a couple of days ago. They're actually okay. I didn't think I would like them, but I thought they looked nice. I've been looking at my foggy 04 headlights for a year.
Luckily, the 3M Plastic Polish I ordered arrived in the mail yesterday. I applied it this morning and my headlights look almost perfect now.
