When did Marines begin writing coherent sentences? I’m going to call you on this one. You are an Airman right? Don't be embarrassed. You can admit it.

Lol yea not all Marines are stupid. Ok so well we may be but we're still the coolest.

How the **** can you be a 20yr old WO. You have to at least be a Sgt or SSgt to apply or at least thats how it is in the Marines

Zaidon is the IED capital of the world. One beautiful place but damn I hated those canal roads and generally **** filled roads with huge holes that showed up every other hour.

In the army, you can join and go straight into aviation as a warrant without any college/prior service. You go to basic, then warrant officer school, then flight school. I've got about four weeks of flight school left, then I'm off to beautiful ft. drum.

I was actually a warrant when I was 18

That's the damn truth. WO1 pay is pretty good when you're not supporting a wife and two kids as well. Rucker is rucker, I'm sure you know what I mean. WOCS has changed significantly. I was one of the last "hard" classes to go through (but then again, doesn't everyone say that?), and that was january of '05. I think it's changed for the better though, it's now truely a school and not just an initiation process like it used to be.

One more here from San Antonio/Del Rio. Sad part is that the squadron next to mine has a Cayman, 2 C5s, a C6, a Jag XJ8, etc parked out in front of it.

It's all about how you align your priorities. No kids, no wife, no furniture, no real investments. But my Z has 10 Gs of mods and the turbos are coming this fall!

^^ It's all about money management. We already know we don't get that much pay unless we do a tour or two in Iraq. But no kids, no wife, no furniture and I can have a Z at the barracks for everybody to hate. I had an officer ask me if he could drive my car and I asked him if he had $25,000 deposit...
