Default Anyone in cold weather notice this?

I live in Virginia, as someone else on this site said, it hasn't been above freezing temperature in a few weeks.. well I turned on my car, and went through the onboard CPU (digital speed/mpg/ect) and it is very slow. It takes about 3-4seconds for the cpu to move from Outside Temperature to the MPH, and when it finally does get to the next option, you can see all the numbers in the backround... anyone notice this? I'm suggesting this is a problem, but it is kinda weird.

This is completely normal. ALL LCD (liquid Crystal Displays) have the same problem when they're cold. In fact, your owner's manual explains this already. You did read your manual right?
Once the inside of the Z warms up, the display will function normally.
