I never did post pics of my "Paint Film" back when I had it installed, so..........Here ya go! It is truly invisible on this color, and if it were not for certain lighting conditions (usually low light or flourecent as in my garage) you would never know it was on! And even then, all you can see is what appears to be a 'razor-thin' line going across the hood! And yes, my headlights are also covered, which I installed myself.
If there was or is ever a question of: "To install or Not to install?" Let's just say, after all this time (@ 5 months for me) it is truly one of the BEST mods I've ever done to any of my cars!

Do you use glue to stick the film on? If so, ain't the glue turns yellow (UV ray)after couple years.........?

 

Getting it done next weekend in Knoxville, if the weather holds I've postponed the last two weekends here due to snow.

Hate having to drive 2 hours to get it done, but if I'm going to do it, I want to do it soon before I take any damage. There are no installers I can find in Nashville.

 

you can't really see the clear bra at all, except where it ends on the hood.

however, when i looked at howard's (apexi350z) clear bra with chris's (bishop_tx) sunglasses on ... you could see HUGE tiger stripes in the clear bra... it was like stripes of black.

 

If you look at the film, or even tint and regular glass for that matter, "polarized" sunglasses will show everything on that glass unless it absolutely clear! My Bolle's are awesome! And it's pretty bizzare sometimes because when you look at a LCD screen (cell phone, radio, etc.) it looks black!

It's applied like tint: water & alcohol solution and heat. I got it for @$300 and installation another $150. One of the best $450 purchases I ever made!
