Thumbs up Adjusted Clutch_ To Damn High

Me and my co-worker just finished adjusting my clutch. It took about 15 minutes and for the outcome of the job, I wouldn't even minded if it took 3 hour. Becasue it was soooooooooooo worth it. It drives like a different car, much easier to drive.

I know this is a repost becasue I found the information from a repost, but those who hate the ingagement points of your clutch which gives you a hell in traffic. Try this, your be happily surprised.

might wanna read about some of the problems people have run into, not worth it to me in the long run but it sure would be nice to have a lower engagement point for our clutches.

It was a piece of cake to do and I did mine about a year ago. No problems. Just make sure that you tighten everything back down. There aren't really any bad side effects that I know of.

I adjusted mine a little to low... worked fine for a couple of months but when the temp dropped around freezing, i was locked out of all gears until it warmed

But i agree, much better.

i adjusted mine moderate amount, everything was fine until 3 months later, cruise control stoped working, clutch would get stuck or wouldnt rise back to normal postion, so i adjusted back to stock setting and everything is ok now.

it was nicer with the lower engagement, but man, with the clutch getting stuck, it was getting annoying

I don't understand why people like the lower engagement. Maybe because this is my first manual and its an 06 Z with a higher engagement point than other cars that I just don't know what I am missing.
