Default Z headlights too low - too high

Today, some minivan was tailgating me and flashing his high beams. He was in front of me, then slowed down to get in back of me. Just right when I was about to get out of my car and throw down some UFC on his azz, getting ready to throw multiple haymakers and axe kick to the forehead, he told me that my highbeams were on. I checked and it wasn't. Awhile back, I got myself a 24 inch screwdriver (just wanted to make sure i'd reach), and raised the headlights up a bit. When I'm back of people's cars at a stoplight, it's well below the window level. but I guess it's angled up enough to blind people while there's distance.. never imagined that would happened, since the z is so low... weird.. gonna raise it down a bit.

That sucks that you got all amped to throw the smack down and all he had to say was that your brights were on. Still shoulda gave him a whackin or two for making your blood rise. Nice ride.

Happens often to me. A quick flash of the real high beams and they settle down...

I do miss my 400W rally setup some times. It was fun to take X-rays of peoples heads! aha

Its probably those morons who dont understand what HID lights are, and they allways assume that white light = high beam. I get flashed by people all the time who are driving old beaters with crappy headlights, and I have never adjusted mine on my Z. I even know this girl who was complaining to me once about how much she hated "those blueish-white headlights" on other cars. She thinks they should be illegal.... lol

Edit: What should be illigal are those douchebags who put HID systems in their stock Civic headlights and drive around blinding everybody because the beam pattern is completey FUBAR'ed. I got behind this one kid the other night who was blinding everybody with his HID civic lights, and I gave him a blast of my high beams. I was in my father's 2004 Toyota land cruiser, and the high beams on it are absolutely jaw-dropping. The kid about had a spaz attack in his car. lol
