Axle work not under warranty?

Axle work not under warranty?
I have an 03 Z Touring 6 speed with 32K miles on it. Took it to the dealer yesterday to have the airbag light fixed (it came on for no reason) also power window stopped working and also the axle has been making a ticking noise. Well they told me my warranty expired and i told them i have an extended warranty for 5 years / 75,000 miles. They called back and said the airbag light and power window would be fixed under warranty for a $50 deductable but that the axle was not covered and would cost $240.
Why would the axle not be covered? Isnt that part of the powertrain? I would think that would be covered before the power window would be!!!
FYI this has been repaired on this car:
New tranny
New clutch
New front tires (feathering)
Window streaks
Kick plate
Hatch release button
Power window
airbag light
axle

i had mine worked on for clicking last year. first they greased them then they replaced something to do with the spindels.
guess what 6 months later it came back! but i learned that little click right when you take off itsnt worth taking the car up the the dealer every week and fooling with them its not as loud as it was so i have kind of forgotten about it.
dont pay to get it fixed
print off that TSB and take it up there with you

Yeah i kinda wondered if the axle thing was a big deal anyway...the noise isnt that bothersome, i just figured i'd throw it in since they were doing the airbag and window. Oh well, hopefully i wont have to pay for it.
