a couple months back i took a road trip to kansas city and ended up parking in front of a restaurant at the plaza (didn't want to leave the keys with the valet so i offered them a little more to let me park right in front of the restaurant i was having dinner at)

on my way out the valet told me there were countless people stopping to check out and take pictures, most notable a bunch of girls on prom night taking pictures with my car while i was inside eating. i looked at my car and saw a red r8 parked behind it and asked the valet "you sure they were taking pictures with my car and not the one behind?"

valet said "nope, they were only taking pictures with your car."

*pedobear approved*

but then again i have a gold z with blue wheels :/

 

Little old lady driving an altima, signals me to lower my window. I thought something was wrong, then she tells me "beautiful car" and gives me thumbs up. I have a 08 sivertone Z with no modes done to it. Made my day

 

I've been reading these comments, and a bunch a pretty funny. I just got my Z saturday. 03 Black Touring with 65k miles. Well i went to get gas earlier, and i was like i need 40 in gas, the cashier says what pump, the guy behind me in line says "on that car out there i'm about to steal, thats one sick car" I just laughed and was like thanks. Felt good tho

Hands down best compliment I ever got.

 

The other day a girl asked me if my car was a Ferrari.

 

I hope you said "yes" and then picked her up.

 

I rarely get complemented. Its mostly stock other than the ARK catback.
My best compliment was by a homeless man In Los Angeles.
" Whooooooooooooooooo look at them wheels boy!!!"

Normally it would be "Thats a nice car Sir" Or "Very Nice ride". THe compliments I apprerciate most is when kids are like "thats my car there, thats my car". It reminds me of when I was Young and saying the same thing about a very nice car That I See pass by.

 

Was just at checkers in line to buy some rags. When the guy in front of me started talking about the racecar that's in the parking lot...

He started trying to explain it to the cashier, what it was and the more he went on the more I smiled knowing he was describing my car..

i never really had anyone compliment my car except little kids....

the first compliment was a kid yelling "WOW THAT"S A 350z!!!!!!!!!!"

then the last compliment i got was a little kid on the bike giving me a hands up as i drove past him...

never got compliements from adults... i guess 350z are way too common here....

 

Lol I go to a school in Ohio where there aren't a lot of nice cars around in town and we had to make this movie for my Italian class. So when we were throwing around ideas I mentioned a car scene and said lets use a Ferrari for one scene. She didn't get the joke and when I pulled up in the Z she thought it was a Ferrari haha.

oh! i got a new one. on the highway, truck was being an a** hole. so i passed him. he tried to block me but i passed him easy (it was kinda sad seeing his engine being pushed to explosion... but not going anywhere...). when pulled out to the access road, he drove next to me and asked "SH** that car is fast! Is it turbo or something?"... Mine is complete stock... and Roadster... LOL!

 

when i first got my z one of the first nights i had it me and my friends went to a random parking lot to hang out. a bunch of kids i knew a little from high school were there also and saw me pull up. everyone was huddled around my car looking at it. i had to give a bunch of them a ride in my car, individually obviously.

also, a week after having it some of the kids that live in the neighbor hood was riding their bikes. they passed my house as i was working on my car. i heard one kid yell "look its a 350z!" made me feel happy.

then i got egged and bolognaed a month later. fml

There was a carshow at my school for homecoming week. My girlfriend was on Facebook, and saw some pictures on this girl's Facebook. Keep in mind I have no idea who this girl is. Lol.
