try owning a black car during pollen season in march here, its yellow by the time you're done washing it.

I have a black car and the car duster works fine. I make sure I buy a new one at least once a year and give a good shake out and shot with the air hose after each use.

Like many of the guys have said the California Car Duster is one of the best "little "investments for your ride. I have nothing but praise for it and I have been using them for 14 years now.

Search for Knoxville. There is a whole thread on locals here.

Also, www.streetcarforums.com has a knoxville section where some of us knoxvillians reside. I live off of KP close to lovell/turkey creek.

Do you ever wash it?

I got one a few weeks ago and after wrapping it in newspaper and a few uses the streaking went away and it works really well. The instructions say not to wash it, but it eventually will get very dirty. Your experience?

No I have never washed my current one which I have had for 3 years now, I just followed what they said and that is not to wash it (they claim the dirtier the better and I have proved that to be true). The one I had prior my wife left it out one evening and our sprinklers soaked it, it was never the same after that!
