Default Sterling Autobody SUCKS

My car is currently in Sterling Autobody getting repaired after i was hit by a reckless driver 4 weeks ago. For 4 weeks, I was expecting the car to come out last friday since that was the date they set for completion. They called Thursday afternoon at 5 PM to tell me that the car would not come out on Friday. I was pissed, but not that pissed. They told me the car would be done on Tuesday FOR SURE (even the manager gave his word on it). They called again, today, at 5 PM to tell me the car would not be ready on Tuesday, but this time, they made sure the manager had gone home early. Pretty damn pissed. Who knows what will happen next.

Allstate insurance gave their word that Sterling was the best and most professional shop that they could refer to me. Professional? If they can't keep their deadlines, thats not being professional.

How much work did they have to do on you Z? 4 weeks sounds already like a long time to me...

Sounds like they never worked on a Z b4 and are having a hard time, thus screwing up! May want to take a trip to the shop and take a look for yourself, I would.

i had a civic si that i busted up. i ran under a land rover and ripped the rear axel off it. i on the other hand drove home from austin to houston. allstate sent mine to stearling. after 10500 usd worth of damage they fixed the car and it drove better than when it was new. here is the kicker after all that my civic was black and when i looked at the paint, these fools put purple metal flake in the paint. how hard is it to spray black paint. their body and frame work was of the hook though.

This is typical for body shops.
