Its that bad finding gas huh? I just got back from being out to sea but perhaps this coming Friday or Saturday we could all try to meet up? Just a thought

it may depend on base and service, but from what i can remember, every USAF base i've lived on requires it top center of the windshield (basically, over your review mirror while looking at the front of the car from the outside)

edit: devildoc: are you at langley?

Here in Hawaii I have had mine on the lower right and the SP's never gave me hard time. We now have rent-a-cops and they don't give a ****. I hope they are not **** in Schriever AFB CO cause that is where I am off to next and I am not putting base decals in the center of my windshield so I would get harrassed every time until an SP actually forces me to fix it right there or I don't get on base. Out here in Hawaii someone told me that base decals are identifiers for break in's cause thieves think military always put expensive systems in their cars so that was the second reason beside looks that I put it as low as possible on the windshield...

Skate111: I'm stationed at Little Creek.

I decided to put it back down in the driver’s corner. This time I just moved it up a couple more inches. It's really a lot more noticeable. Last time it was pretty much covered by the hood, so I can see where they were coming from. I was tired of hearing them b*tch about it

I'm not military, but I work on a Navy Base. So I have the stickers too. I also put mine in the lower driver's corner on both of my cars. They say you're supposed to put it at top center, but they've never complained about mine.
