hmmm, i don't think the rears can feather it just has more of an aggresive camber on the rear so it will always wear out that way. just my two cents.

Have them rotated. Unfortunately, that means having the tires dismounted, swapped, remounted and rebalanced. Would cost around ~$25 I imagine, but it's cheaper than replacing what would otherwise be serviceable tires prematurely.

maybe you got a bad apple if noone else has had that problem.
Your 19's could be part of the problem on your rears perhaps?

I have a 2006 and I believe I am experiencing the window "streaking" phenomenon. It only seems to happen after it rains and I put the windows down and up. I haven't checked my tires yet but I sure hope I don't have any feathering issues. Then again I'm at about 3500 miles so it's probably too soon to tell anyhow.

I am about positive the window streaking thing has nothing to do with the rain (I have it on my Z). it is about the grease from inside the door, spefically the mechanism that rolls the window up. obviously every moving part on a car has some type of grease or lubricant, and in the window there is supposed to be a buffer/cloth type thing that keeps the rollers from getting grease on the window when it comes back up.

the best way to see if you have the streaks is to just check, they are in a very specific area. in the front corner of the window. almost directly above the inside handle/buttons. The only other area for the streaks is on the back 1/4 of the window. these areas correspond to where the rollers are inside the door.

the TSB has Nissan remove the panel and replace the cloth things.

that is so rediculous that the 06 ones have the window streaking problem.

03's have em. damn, they had YEARS to get this problem corrected. why dont they correct em from the source.

I have a few problems that were supposed to be solved by now on my 06
1. window streaking TSB(driver side only)
2. axle clicking (TSB also I think)
3. clutch/tranny problems: car shakes when engaging sometimes (usually uphill), and gears are NOTCHY AS HELL. Ive driven my friends 04, and shifting it is like butter compared to mine. Oh and that damn TOB noise. I still love the car though!

Mine shifted notchy... but after 3k miles and a good amount of break-in shifting its smooth like butter.... No problems... yet except a potential one with my TPS that reads low after a big rain storm down here where i got caught in some flooding. It says low pressure but the tires are all the same pressure, and for some reason pressue always increases when i drive for a bit figuring the sensors got real wet and they are drying up but... its been 2 days now.

That is because the weatherstripping is wet, thus the windows will get wet when they are put up. Every car will do this.

The pressure goes up because the tires are heating up, which causes the air pressure to rise. Common physics.
