i didint think bumping the thread and adding the images would get enough views. These images are uncompressed and weigh in at 1.5mb a piece (except the two small ones not of cars).
image of her bumper, sticker and the paint left on my fender. I also show my theory and a pic of the sticker in its original form.
things to consider:
the damage happened at roughly the time she was leaving work. My car was parked in the parking lot when it happened. A CPD officer spotted the damage before me, he said it was still daylight out. According to my in/out times it would line up that she hit it when she left for the night.
the style of the damage. Its from a bumper of course, but the bumper was not on a suv or something, it was on a low car. The damage was done a a slow speed, most likely in reverse. The crease in my fender should line up with the top of her bumper.
the sticker: the only paint on my car is blue and white, that matching the sticker. It only stuck in one spot, the lines you can see in the attached photos.
shes shady, the hit and run type. shes also on some painkillers for various things. shes not all there mentally, shell tell you the same story three times in one day while at work.
you can see where someone rubbed her bumper, possibly to remove dirt.

The police wont be able to do ****. Your only hope is to scare her with your proof and get her to pay you. Other than that you would have to take her to court.
I would gather all your **** and bring it her. Ask her for her home address, home phone, a copy of her license. Just to freak her out. Be prepared to follow through with your actions have an attorneys card handy and if she gives you **** hand it to her.....saying "you will be hearing from my attorney."

Your best off explaining it to her this way.
Tell her that you will go to your insurance, and instead of paying for it now, she will pay 250-500 more for 6 months of insurance for the next 3 years. Thats no bull****.

Dude, please for the love of god, turn this b!tch in. Same exact thing happened to me (twice in fact), but unfortunately, i was not at work and i didn't have enough witnesses to find the person, so guess who had to pay out of pocket??? People like this seriously deserve to die and should be castrated/neutered/fixed/whatever so they can not pass this stupidity to their offspring. Let that wh0re pay for what she did.
