And, I am hoping uncutz00 is mocking the original poster with that post, lol.

Yeah i was wondering about that... The Z doesn't really suck in the twisties does it? I find that hard to believe...
And yeah, guys, obviously the debate is not about "which is a better car, z or tib" cause that would be retarded

Anyway to seal the deal I'm driving my buddies new Track Z tonight so we'll see. So now I just need to find a 2004-5 Z with 25-35K miles for under $22K
Oh, and it has to be black, and pref. a track spec. Any leads?
Put it this way...If you have trouble driving the Z in twisties then you shouldn't be on the road...the Z handles like a charm allows you to manuaver around the bends beautifully.
Great choice bro...I've had my Z for almost two months now and every day makes me love it more. I got mine for 20K but it was a 03 with 17k miles there are plenty of deals out there just gotta research it. good luck.

I just browsed autotrader for my Zipcode, and there is a silver 2005 with 35k miles, and its selling for $23,000. That was the absolute best deal I saw. Most were $25,000 and up for a 2005, and thats with rather high miles.
Owning a Z is nothing like owning a Tiburon. Just becuase the price might be about the same (well used vs new) doesn't mean it costs the same to own each of the cars. The Z will use more gas than a Tib and have a shorter life on tires and brakes... not to mention a lot of Z owners use synthetic oil.
If you cannot afford to take care of the Z I wouldn't recommend buying it.

Get the Z, you will not regret it like you will getting the tib!
to the OT, say you are in your car, any car, the tib, the m3, or the veyron
... and you're at a stop light, there are three lanes, you're in the middle lane. in the lane to your right, your doppleganger rolls up in a tibby, and then, to the lane on your left, your double doppleganger rolls up in a 350z... which you do you respect more?
exactly.

Are the tires on the Z no good? And the brakes? What are wrong with the Z brakes?

dude, dude, dude....
its alright, you're cool alright?
Get a tiburon, its no comparison. Z is for pansy teenagers, the tiburon is for classy upscale gentlemen...
the Tib handles better, weighs less, uses less gas, has better warranty, seats 4, has better value, higher resale value, more power to the front wheels (FWD Better to drive on freeways covered in oil) , and to top it all off, Nissan is being bought out by GM, so that means the interior will be plastic and the warranty will only cover the first 3 weeks of purchase.
So dude, get a tiburon, don't try to be a hero.
Z = suck.
