Grinding noise coming from clutch when idling? WTF!

i have a 2006 model...the sound just worries me when i start off everytime with my windows down....

My o6 with 1500 miles does it too........its common, my cousins G35 6speed does it too, sounds like a throw out bearing problem.......BUT ITS NORMAL
