So Im crusing with a buddy and we see a parked white Z with insane HID's thee things were super bright, We pull up to it and its 2 guys just sitting there, I bull shat with the guy for abou 20 min, the guy tells me he replaced the running bulbs with new PIAA LED's and it made his HID's look so much brighter!

Then he gives me some brand new bulbs for FREE! I go home take off the wheel, pull off the mud gaurd, and pull out the stock running light bulb, I try to pull it out and it wont! after pulling on the bulb for 15 min, it would not pull out of the socket!

My question is how the hell do you replace those bulbs, am I a moron or do I have to have a Degree in mechanics to replace that mother father?

 

Uh, you try twisting it counter-clockwise to unlock the base? Should come right out...

 

Yeah I tried everything looks like its all one peice?

 

If you pull hard enough it will come out I am running the PIAA's too. They were a pain in the butt to get out but be persistent!!!

 

what part number were they?

 

Anybody have pics of them installed and on?

 

Not to be a stickler for details but there is no way to accurately judge the brightness of lights by looking at them. You may notice color differences, but that will not make a light more or less bright.
