Do any of us think this is limited to Jiffy?

I once lived in Las Cruces, NM. The Jiffy Lube on the main drag changed the oil in my Integra Type-R I had at the time. I was moving, had lots to do, and this was the one time I let ANYONE change my oil besides me.

Well, moved to San Jose, month or so later and I'm changing my oil... Drain bolt is siezed. Why? They forced a 15mm drain bolt into a 12mm drain bolt hole. !! How hard do you think that was? How lucky do you think I was that my pan didn't crack and dump oil all over I10 on the way to Cali?

And ya, this kind of stuff can happen everywhere. But with the frequency that you hear of it occuring at specific chains like Jiffy Lube, it needs to be communicated so that eventually they will either fix what is wrong with their business or their business will fail. Either way the consumer wins so I'm all for this kind of distribution.

Cheers
