Some people just do not understand customer service. I am writing the city councilmen to handle my issue with a company. If that does not work I will write my congressman. Once a sale is final filing with the better business bureau is fine, but if you heat from the top let the ones you vote for handle certain situations. I should listened to this forum before I bought from the company that I did.

Man I did Business with them..lol I should be careful. I bought Stillen test pipes which to my surprise where brought over from stillen. They didn't have them in stock so i suppose they went and ordered them pipes from another store and charged me extra.

The FBI has a special website to take complaints for consumers who experience fraud when making purchases online. It's not a bad idea to contact them, however that site is completely inundated with requests daily, it's not likely you will ever get a response from them, other than the automated case number they give you. I've had to register complaints there several times for company purchases.

You need to make absolutely sure you have electronic and paper COPIES OF THE WEBSITE regarding the item in question. Your CC should have no problem backing you up for the double bill with that proof. No need to take anyone to court, thats a waste of time and tax money over $340.

Is Vivid a sponor on this web site? If so, they should not be. Find out a web site that they sponsor and post your story on that site. This will help their business fall off! Good Luck!

Sure there is a reason to take them to court. any company who plays fraudualnt games like that should get their doors closed.
