my Z still gets admiring looks. My son and I took a ride on Saturday to get some fireworks in Indiana. On the way there, we passed thru Meade county, KY, where there were two different local car shows, basically old camaros etc. As we passed, everyone at the open air shows was looking at us in the Z. We went to Corydan Indiana, and ate at the White Castle. I looked out the window and there was a group of people looking at the Z. My son and I were laughing. We also got several compliments at various stops. I am hard pressed to think of what other vehicle would still get admiring glances and comments after 3 years of heavy road use.

last night i got the first comment in about a year. in the wal-mart parking lot an older man told me "thats a pretty car!". i wasnt too thrilled about the "pretty" part, but the compliment was appreciated. he asked me if it had enough room inside and i told him it wasn't too bad. then he said "what a nice looking car!".
made me feel pretty good knowing my baby can still turn heads after almost 2 years.

A few weeks ago I had my fender fixed at the bodyshop,
and when I went to go pick it up the cashier lady said, "Is that your CUTE car out there?"

Yes, they are. We enjoy the car together. I remember my Dad had a 1965 T-bird, it had the tires with the red stripe, I thought it was the coolest car ever. In fact, I bought the same year when I was 16, and my brother bought the same year about 6 months after I did. Cars are something most males have in common. My stepson is 26, and cars are one thing we can talk about all day long. Not much else, unfortunatley.
