I've read a lot of your posts before, Alberto, so I know you're very knowledgable on the dyno/hp/tq/racing subject.... I've heard the same criticisms before of the Dastek. But again, just my experience.

yeah they had that 9 second NA rsx in the superstreet mag, im not sure what issue

No stroker kit. Don't have a link but I have seen their S2K and that thing goes like crazy. Also Richie from Australia is at like 330whp with his NA Z. His Z makes more power than the Nismo RS concept. So I dont think 400whp is out of the question. I am sure with ITB's storker kit and all the parts 360+ is possible. Yeah it may be more $$$ than going FI, but it's alot more reliable than going turbo and imagine revving the VQ past 8k.
power enterprise makes a very nice twin turbo kit hat gives u the turbos and all the little things need as well (fuel pump, injectors, FMI, ect.) the kit should give you all the HP u need...roughly 405hp, on the other hand its a little buit pricy comming in at about $7200
good luck
good luck

400whp seems next to impossible out of a 3.5 VQ.
for instance how much is that drift car with the titan 5.6 making? isnt it only making like 350-400 to the wheels?

Hmmmm I just read that the Nissan N/A RS Concept in Japan is pushin 350hp at the wheels. They say that the some of the Nismo parts that they are using are not available to anyone yet - they are wondering if it will serve any purpose since the GTR will be released but hell I say if it's called a 350Z at least let it put down 350hp at the wheels stock N/A- i guess that would be the case in a perfect world !
haha... good luck. I really don't think this will happen. Anyway, by the time you spend $40k+ to get past 340-350whp you could have had a 900-1000whp turbocharged vq. Whats the point?

My cousin has a N/A Z racecar in at his bodyshop that they're working on... he said it was putting down over 400... I'm going to drop by tomorow and take a look and get some pictures. He said there's some major money in it though.

That being said, it is certainly not impossible to make a 3.5L engine make 400whp naturally aspirated. Hell, there are people with cars like mine making 300whp with a 2.5L V6. The smaller, 2.0L V6 version of the engine in my car was used in some form of european racing in the Mondeo and was producing 300whp. Are any of these still streetable? No, you would need at the VERY least to have variable valve timing for it to be streetable, but it can be done. Certainly not impossible.
Its still going to be less expensive to boost the motor, plus you will lose alot less streetability with forced induction over trying to make the same power NA.

With mods inc. tuned Unichip... I'm at 252whp/236tq. 12.8 AF Stock exhaust and cats.
Not arguing the 100+HP claim because I haven't seen it, but I know what I pulled and my personal experience.

How much did it cost you to have the Unichip installed and tuned?

You know people are forgetting a main factor of staying all N/A. WEIGHT, My turbo kit was super super heavy when I carried that box, so the weight youll be avoiding is a big help, and the powerband is ALOT better on an N/A car, at least thats what I think.

Someone show me a NA 300WHP Z and I'll start my dreams of a 400WHP NA Z. People went fudging nuts when someone here claimed to get 300WHP. In the end they were merely close.
Now we're talking 400WHP? I just don't see it happening for less than several, several , many, many, multitidues of thousands of $ks.
