Currently own a 05 silver enth. and owe 27,000 dollars with 20,000 miles. Bumper needs to be replaced.

Dealer has new 05 red touring. willing to give 22,000 for mine and discount the new car to 27,000 dollars.

Is this a good deal?

ask them to give you 24K for ur car

 

You would be adding about 5k + tax for essentially a new paint job, VDC, leather seats, and a new bumper.

 

I'm not sure if its a good deal but you will also be getting a car with 0 miles and you will be extending your warranty.
