The deletion of track makes sense to me. When the Z came out I wanted the top of the line model. But nope you could either pick Touring or Track. Regardless of what you picked you'd lose some features.

Now with the GT being the top one I see more of a heirarchy.

 

is there a reason why nissan put that pimple on the hood? according to the pictures of the HR, i don't see why they need additional front clearance for the new engine?

Roffle. At first I was like WTH!!!?!?! But the more I look at that hood, the more I like it. I hate that color though, tired of silver cars. I think the hood now goes with the bumper better than before. I'm hoping somebody posts a picture showing the side profile though. These angles suck. Front on needs to be taken from a "down on one knee" position. Same with a side shot. The rear corner view was a waste of a photo, it looks the exact same as before from behind... but a corner view from the front of the car would be nice as well.

 

Hey that hood could be something useful maybe a SuperCharger? Or it could be how the new intake manifold is designed?? I dunno just throwing out ideas....I really love that new color though...

 

Seriously what is up with nissan and silver.

They need to come out w/ a candy apple red w/ metallic flakes in it.

And have an added option of getting red cloth seats for enth and track.

Why can't those of us who don't want all the extra's like navi, leather,vdc etc get cloth seating options?

The new VQ35hr intake is both wider and taller, the intake piped are also completed re-routed. Since the intake no longer enters at the firewall, the power buldge had to increased in size.

 

Problem is, there are alot of people that refuse to buy a car with leather seats. If they get rid of the Track, they need to make cloth an option on the Touring and GT. As for a heirarchy, there is one...
