I have a 2004 6MT 350ZR and i've yet to experience any of those problems, but my brother on his 2004 AT 350ZR has had the axle clicking problem and he also needed to have the roof replaced.... but those were the only two problems he ran into

I've read that several other members have had a similar problem, if you fill up while holding the nozzle you might try letting guy once you got the nozzle in and you lock the trigger in place...

I have a '05 Z with 26k miles and have yet to have the grease mark thing. I know they were a problem on the '03-'04s, but I'm not sure if they're a big problem on the '05s. I have both the 'hard to fill' problem and the 'rear axle noise'. I know there's a fix for the filling up the gas problem, but many Z owners like myself haven't fixed it yet. Actually that problem seems to come and go and I haven't had it in awhile. The rear axle clicking problem is a TSB. I went to the dealer and they literally fixed it in one hour. I paid nothing since it was still under warranty. Other than those minor problems, '05 Zs seem to be problem-free and pretty reliable so far. Except for the cheap paint

If you do a search you will find several members have had to replace there tops because of either pin holes appearing or the rear seam starts to come apart. In my brothers case the seam was coming undone.. So far so good on my top..

The rear seam is easy to see, just look along the back of the roof where the roof wraps over the rear bar, if the seam is starting to peal up then you need to have it replaced (its covered by warranty)... The pinholes are harder to see.. I don't have any pictures of the pinholes since my top is still good, but I know a few peopel posted pictures of it awhile back... If I find the threads ill send you a link

Installed my JWT POPCHARGER and the engines seems to running rich, only getting 16mpg... probably need to have them reset my ecu..

Does everyone have these issues and if so how serious are the ones I've listed?

My car had all those issues (and more) under the previous owner.

Fortunately, they were fixed at the dealership. I asked them repeatedly to provide me with a hardcopy of what was fixed. Now I am starting to get the "window problem". They performed the "reset" procedure, and it seems OK after the first week.

Good luck with your '05.

To have these problems repaired...is it something that we have to pay for, or does Nissan? I have the gas tank problem where it won't fill up past 10 gallons and I've been worried about the cost of fixing it.

I have an 2005 and I have the same problems. After the dealer did the grease fix, there is still a little grease residue. They are all not big problems. The fuel thing only occurs occasionally for me so no biggie. Im not about to go waste my time at the dealership trying to get this little things fixed. Don't worry so much about the small things and enjoy the car
