I keep getting the runaround every time I ask my dealer or NNA how I contact my Regional Office. Obviously, I'm trying to track my car, they on the other hand think I want to drop a bomb on them ... thus will provide me no info. Is ther anyone who might know a website I can obtain the # /Email of my Regional Office?? I live in Northern Ohio. Thanks Guys/Gals.

 

ASk the inventory manager who is the person he faxed your preorder to and what is his number. That person is the one your looking for.

 

It might seem simple but it worked for me, I live in Florida and I did a search for Nissan Motor and Nissan North America and got a number in Jacksonville and they are the regional office for this area, I talked to them a while back when the first agony of confirmations came up and they were very helpful I will try them again tomorrow to find out about order and VIN's.

I've been trying to get info from my dealership but the salesperson .... well I'll be nice, and won't express my views on his mental prowess.... so now I'm trying to track down the number for the regional office for GA -- guess I'll start with calling the VA office -- hopefully they can send me to the right place!

Just got off the phone with the Southeast office in Jacksonville, very nice and got my order number and also that the ship would be coming into Jacksonville and not the west coast which should shave some time off of the wait for us out in the east coast, I hope it is true. So get a hold off your regional office mine was very nice.

 

westpak, can you share the Jacksonville number with me? I'd like to call them.

 

on the phone with Jacksonville, distribution specialist should be calling me back as she is on the phone. any info that i need to have on hand to get order and tracking numbers? did say that dealership should be providing that information. don't want to get my dealership in any kind of trouble as they have been outstanding so far. even sent me a thank you card and a jcollection model and calls anytime he has new information as soon as he gets it.

 

If it is the same lady I got she was very nice and helpful, just tell her you are wanting know if you can get your order number the one that begins with an R or S with 6 digits and she should be able to get it for you.

 

yeah thanks. think it was the same lady. already had everything all pulled up and ready when she called. said that mine was one of the early submittals ( Feb. 04), gave me S260127 as the number, said that it was being built now, and that proposed delivery is Sept. 30 but it may be later was really hoping it to be sooner. dealer had an allocation of four, i was the last pre-order, and mine is the second coming in. if it's that late, i imagine that there are two people who ordered prior to me that will be very upset as it sounds like they might not get there vehicle until Oct/Nov timeframe.

 

Wow, so we have Jacksonville, Port Elizabeth, and Newport News confirmed ports on the right coast - I wonder if Baltimore will be in there...........

 

I'm pissed at my dealer.

There is no order number yet on my car. It is scheduled for September production and November delivery.

My dealer has be lying right out his ***. I ordered on 3/8 and he's been telling me August all along. Obviously he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. I was supposedly 7 of 11 in the first allocation at my dealer. Sounds like a bunch of ******** to me. I asked the NNA rep if my color change slowed things down and she said absolutely not. No other answers.

I will call my dealer this afternoon and express my disappointment with them.

 

The lady I spoke to was very nice, though surprised that I called (they don't normally hear from consumers), and it did take me some talking to get connected to her.

Here's the info she gave me:

I don't have an order number as yet, so she says my ETA will probably be OCT/NOV, but no guarantees till she sees the order number. SHe said all the order numbers she's seen have been for a Sep 30 delivery and that the cars should be at the dealerships well before then. However, considering all the "misinformation" out there, I'll pin my hopes on the latest date, and be pleasantly surprised if it comes in early. At least I have an idea what to plan for now...

One thing she did tell me was her contact at my dealership. This is the person who will have the same order information she does.

Jenna, when did you order your Z, cause that's about when I'm expecting mine, actually late SEP / early OCT - I'm expecting a late delivery like you, but will be happy if it comes early.

 

I ordered mine at the beginning of May. I couldn't make up my mind whether to wait or to order. It actually works out better for me to get mine in Oct -- I still have to sell my GST, and I didn't think I was going to get that done by August.

The order numbers the distribution specialist had seen so far all had Sep 30 dates...so I'm guessing if you don't have an order number, you won't see it in Sep.

 

jenna did u order from town center? if so, how did u order from them before they opened? i thought they didnt open until sometime later than the beginning of May. i was waitng for them to open because thats where i will be going for service, but i got impatient and went to another dealership to order. and that was the first week of may. just curious.

 

I ordered May 19th from Town Center (had to look on my order to be sure) Maybe not the beginning of May but with the way I keep track of dates, I was lucky to be in the right month LOL
