Ok, I'm confused. Who do we ask for when we call the office?

When I call the Southeast office I press the option for "Vehicle Distribution" so if yours is not under the Southeast region hopefully it will have the same options.

 

Just in case people don't know what region they fall under here is a quick summary:

Hope it helps, some are pretty well defined but others aren't like North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Kentucky that have a couple of regions covering them, good luck.

 

I just tried the Irving office (South Central) and they wouldn't transfer my call. I have to call NNA Consumer affairs to start a case file (which I did). She wouldn't budge on letting me through to vehicle distribution.
