162mph - oh wait thats in my GTO rofl. Jk guys, but when I had a Z for a couple days in Vegas, I hit 110 even while on an exit turn pike, that was interestingly fun.

 

125 on New Jersey Turnpike. Consistently go 100+ on pike with great radar detector lol.

Kinda pissed I've never pushed it further, that car definitely is more than willing and able. 125 @ 3500rpm? Sick...never felt out of control. Really solid ride!

 

I've hit 138 on the digital speedo on one of the bridges over Tampa Bay. I don't think I'll go faster than that, too many variables, and I like my life too much

 

I went low 130s with the top down, but probably will not ever do it again.

156mph on Hwy 114W heading towards the Texas Motor Speedway...Sunday morning at about 7:30, the car handled it beautifully.....long slow down though

 

155 on Dallas Tollway 2:am after a few drinks lol... i pulled up to my friend in his jetta gls doing about 135 and pulled away up to 155. i asked him why it looked like he wasnt moving and he said his car topped at 135 lol

 

145 in my G on I-17.

178 on my CBR600RR on hwy 74.


Both were with no other traffic around and on a straight line. The G still was climbing but I don't trust my CF hood at those speeds. My bike was topped out in 6th gear. I got my buddies 954RR up to 190 last spring.

I'm calling bullsh!t, there is no way you got a 600rr up to 178 (you might want to get your speedo checked. if you have switched the gearing your speedo will be way off) I own a 954rr and the top speed on that is 165-170mph at most, depending on the size of the rider. Unless your friend increased the front spocket from 15 teeth to 19 teeth or reduced the rear by 7 teeth or some cobination of the two (not even sure if its possible) and added nitrous, there's no way you hit 190

 

If one were to do 150 and put it in neutral, how far would it roll? Does it slow down dramatically, or really slowly? Wondering b/c od the low drag coeff.

Right before the soledad canyon exit in Santa Clarita territory(before the IN N Out, you can see from the 14), it's a good stretch of road, about 10-12min north of the 5 merger.

It's nothing but a nice downhill slope, retaining walls and no shoulders, so punch it right as you come around the bend, you should be able to see if there are any johhny-laws camping out.

 

157mph on central (I-75) between I-30 and 635 varrious times... Come on though... its like it was made to be raced on! Never when there is traffic though, its not worth hurting someone else over.
