Default 200+?

i heard that if a 350z is turbo/supercharged and has the engine, transmission, fuel injection and exhaust professionally tuned that it can hit over 200 on a flat straight road. anyone know if this true? if so, WHERE CAN I GET IT DONE TO MY CAR!?

I imagine 200+ would take some serious money. Turbo alone won't get you there, and that is $7,000. That is Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo territory.

I understand 200mph to be a gearing issue... unless you got lots of room, I am not sure you can go much above 165mph. Obviously BigBri has done it, PM him and ask. But be aware its take a lot of time, money and skill to build a car that can handle that kind of power.

Every day I drive to work doing about 110-120 MPH...max I've had my Z is 145. Oh yeah, I am stationed in Germany...everyday I look forward to driving my Z. Pretty humbling to be doing 125 and get zipped by a BMW M3.

I bet that you don't have the money or skill it takes to do this. And I doubt you will find a road around here that you would be able to do that. This has to be one of the most retarded things I have ever heard on this site.

Tony (is now going to go get his exhaust "professionally tuned"...)

I'm suprised you haven't got it up past that on the Autobahn.

I know this... that's why I got my lugnuts tuned. Along with a tuned drainplug and new pistons for my rotory swap.

Okay... I just didn't feel like saying because I knew some a$$ clown would try to call BS. But really though 171 after the AAM reflash (7200 rpm rev limit & removed speed limiter) and Utec install. My first attempt at a max run was to test if the AAM reflash really did work. It did and does. My 171 MPH run was performed at around 3 in the morning south on 210 (After the 228 exit, strait shot no lights) about a week after the Cipher install. I can attest that the car is very stable at 170+MPH.... That is.... Until you have to STOP!

I swear that it felt like it took just as long to stop that car as it did to get it going that fast in the first place. I'm sure that if you're not use to going that fast all the time the feeling would pucker ones bunghole.

Thats why I said... Brake upgrade first please.
