8 hours at the dealership...
go ahead and look up my posts and go ahead and see. Guys like you just call other people immature, I simply responded to you telling me to grow up, with a snide commnet and you go on about me being a waste of seeman.. how's that even in the ballpark.. You are a clown and you know what who cares what you make. I would never post my salary on a public forum. That just doesnt impress me. I keep my financial situation to myself. I tend to like flying under the radar. Hey maybe some day you will realize that because you have low self esteem doesnt not make it ok to just call people immature. I have done more for society this week then you have done in your life. Not to mention have contributed countless hours of my time consulting and working with local charities to help them raise money. Think twice before you throw around comments. You dont know whom you are talking too. feel free to put up a a post and I assure several people will chime in whom know me personally to vouch for my character. Not to mention the quality work I have done with countless Z's in my community with one of my business which happens to be a body shop.. I can go on and on with my contributions but actions speak louder then words, and well google can speak for me... take care.
well act grown up then. you talk about how guys deserve to be talked to one way or another and all this other j***. no they dont! you want to be treated with respect then show some. but you call people peices of **** because of their profession and how they deserve how they are talked to says something else about your maturity. no matter what you have supposedly done for any comunity
how about i come into your bodyshop and talk to you like a dog and treat you like ****. you deserve it more than ANY CAR DEALER does. bodyshops are the ones raping everyone.
you charge 65 dollars an hour on average plus the parts you mark up 40% over the price you pay and the 65% markup on the paints and other materials..
and yet you call the dealerships crooks.... now thats the pot calling the kettle black!

who ever called anyone anything for what they do. I dont remember. You are too sensitive try refering to the werewolfe post with the harry arm guy, you dont see him in arms about it.. No pun intended... I dont care what you do or what anyone does as long as oyu take care of your responsibilities. I could care less if you clean toilets. Listen I dont know you and you are probably the nicest guy in the world. So you want to see mature. Here we go you ready. YOU ARE RIGHT: I AM WRONG: I AM SORRY IF I UPSET YOU!
Life is short and I got a hot Lady waiting outside by the pool for me so i must go.. Hope this puts and end to this thread. And go buckeyes.

but i happen to agree with him about people feeling "above a sentra loaner". because they drive an Armada or a 350z or a Maxima.
if i was a service advisor and i offered to put them in a vehicle and they demanded a better loaner and talked to me the way people typically do when they talk to dealership employees, i would probobly laugh and tell them "ill get right on it" and let them sit a while

im not mad in the least. but for you to say someone deserves to be talked to in any way but with respect because "they signed up for it when they got in the bussiness" (your words, not mine)
i was just simply stating if you think its ok for someone to treat others like they are above them then you need to grow up.

you are reading through my post and not thinking about it before you post.
i agree with you whole heartedly.. thats why i stated because the person drives the armada that they are no different than the one that drives a sentra.
but if i was a service advisor and someone talked to me the way some people talk to them they would 1. either leave without getting work done. 2. sit quite a while as others got worked on. or 3. talk to me and treat me with respect just as they want from me
it doesnt matter if you are driving a 500 dollar car or a 50000 dollar armada. both people deserve the exact same treatment
but the z owner and armada owners dont see it that way... they are better than the guy that drives the 1986 hardbody pickup with 200k miles on it

You are missing the point for the last freaking time. It is not ok to talk to people that way but in our society thats just how it is. Its like being a police officer people are just gonna at times treat you like crap. Well if you are not going to be able to deal with people flinging crap at you all day then you picked the wrong line of work. SO what i am saying plain and simple is that the auto business is a painfull grind day to day. Most people dont like the uncertain and most people dont know about cars. So they take it out on the people at the dealer. Thats comes with the territory. I mean you must have to sit for long periods of time on your job. SO i can say that sitting for a loing period time is part of that job. Who is that any different. Try working for a customer service comapny taking incoming calls all day. All they do is get yelled at its not right but it comes with the job. PLease now just leave it alone. I said I was sorry what else do you want. I cant give you my heart and sole its already taken
so its perfectly fine for someone to come into your body shop and tell you that you are going to do this and that get really nasty with you and that you are supposed to take it? bull****. you would put them out on their *** just as fast if not faster than they came in there.

Nope you are wrong my friend. Its a little something I call leaving your ego at the door. If I had a dollar for every time I have been yelled at or disprespected in business i would be a billionaire. I have been called every name in the book, i say please and thank you because nine times out of ten if you do the right thing and calm the customer down they will back off and typically be your best customer. Its called laughing all the way to the bank. I dont have a worker mantality i have an owner mantality. SO therefore i do not get he luxury to not care. I take it on the chin, and i bend over with our without vaseline, and say thank you the whole time. Why? because that's business and thats the way it is dealing with people. It's all about leaving your ego at the door, and doing whats right for the customer, they are the ones whom put food on my table and i treat everyone as if they were my only customer. I say that with utmost sincerity which is why i have achieved a small amount of success in my life... thanks
