what I don't understand is that if you are recieving a payment right away, the seller should have the decency to ship it out right away and keep in touch with the buyer. people are saying they have jobs, family, etc etc but if you're gonna say that, don't sell it then. I mean at least have the products ready to ship before you sell. I really don't mean to offend anyone but isn't that how a transaction should go?

Buyer was aware that the tires were not ready to ship when he paid. I was trying to sell the wholes set of wheels and tires and split it up because this guy only needed 2 tires.

Now here is the real lie you told, You stated the you shipped them by The United States Parcel Service ( The post office if I'm correct). Then you said you had to go and stop the shipment. I contact my brother who is a Postal Inspector assigned to the Atlanta area and he informed me that once a package has been shipped you Can Not stop it no matter what. I also called the USPS 1-800-277-8777 and asked that same question and got the same answer my brother gave me. Now, unless you have the hook up with someone that it is not their policy.
You just replied to my dispute on paypal around 9:30pm on 08-09-06, so hopefully we can end this matter soon. I still have not gotten the refund yet but it takes a couple of days according to them. Once I get it I will let the forum know.
In the future don't ignore someones pm after you tell them you are going to do something on a particular day even if it takes you longer to follow through on your end. Keep the seller informed, he will be trusting you that you are going to live up to your end of the bargin.

Whatever bro. I went to the post office and came back and checked my emails. I saw you filed a dispute. I went back to the post office and told them I need the packages back...they said no problem but I lose shipping $. Large tires dont usually ship out immediately. I took the packages and ate the shipping. Ill just make you wait 30 days for the refund through paypal. Have fun writing whatever you want and you'll see your money in a few weeks. Ill let you deal with a little aggravation because I was the one who had to run around and get the tires stripped, make 2 trips to fit the tires in the car and then the wheels, make custom boxes for them to fit, then load the car and carry them into the post office, then wait in line forever and pay for shipping then go back to the post office and pick them up. Now I have to store 2 tires and 2 wheels rather than having the wheels w/ tires on them.

Am I the only one that thinks this is getting ridiculous? I say yall wait a few days before bickering anymore to see what paypal does about the money, then NEVER talk to each other anymore. I think it was just one big misunderstanding.

You two should be happy that these are the worst of your problems.

Zcar03. Each of us has been on one side of this type of situation or the other or maybe both. My wife is an antique dealer on ebay and we mess with these situation all the time. Usually best that both parties simply walk away. Sorry you were out the $45. And as for the buyer, best stick with retail.
