With the release of the gt-s is it possible that the body kit price along with reduction of shipping would drastically decrease do to the fact its already being used by nissan in the U.S.?
The on/off supercharger is from a swizz company called Novidem. These guys are great. The on off works with the help of a clutch similar to how your a/c works. I think it has 0.4bar pressure, i am not sure tho. It´s really a great car, I can say I drove a car similar to the GT-S version ( with the strosek kit and the novidem supercharger, and it really handles great. Novidem also offers other superchargers, with more boost/power. They have GT500 edition, with a rollcage and very lightweight and stuff. Check out www.novidem.ch, it´s the manufacterer of the supercharger. I never drove a turbo Z or any other supercahrged Z tho. I can tell you how well it is compared to a stillen or something. But what i definately liked, is that you can not hear any whistle at all
I thought this was only manufactured in Europe some partnership with dealers and aftermarket. Won't be seen in the U.S. supposedly. It was posted a while back.
road and track 0ct. 2006 issue pg. 19 has a short article of a nissan factory made supercharged 350z-gt-s. It is 382 bhp and 314lb-ft torque, with 0-60 at 4.8 seconds. Didn't say if it will go into production or not.
that's too bad, this would have been a great upgrade. I don't mind the strosek body kit, but i did like that they tuned the suspension with bilstein components.
Not likely for '07, since all Z's then are suppose to have the new HR motor with Dual Intakes. I wonder how a supercharger would work for the dual intake setup. Maybe no more supercharger kits like the Z32.
