I remember reading something about that awhile back, they were talking about selling the supercharger and other parts thru Nismo, but not sure if anything came of it..

The part that has me baffeled is the horsepower rating at 375 only reduces the 0-60 time by half a sec (5.0), while the new BMW 335 has 300HP and is able to run the same time. Seeing as the 335 weighs ~3400lbs, similar to the 06 Zs, I would assume it would slower. The specs however, tell a different story. Is the BMW drive train much more efficient?

the S/C has a magnetic clutch, like the air con compressor. Pretty simple, and it's definitely true.

@ Z Rider,
the rear trunk spoiler and the whole bodykit ( front, rear and sides) are made by a german company called strosek (www.strosek.de)
The rear spoiler is mounted with the help of aluminum adapters, so you can adjust the rear spoiler in three steps from what i know.
The manufacturer says this kit has gone though windtunnel tests to check for good aerodynamics, thatīs the reason Nissan chose it for the Gt-S. I wonder whatīs better for aerodynamics, Nismo or Strosek. Why didnīt they use the Nismo Kit on the GT-S...?
Anyways, back to your question, the spoiler is avaiable in carbon fiber and normal fiberglass. Iīve seen the project car a couple of times ( the silver one) and been talking the owner a couple of times. Kit looks great, and is great quality, but to be honest, the kit is very very pricey, and shipping to the US will most likely cost u an arm and a leg
If you are really interssted, I think bulletproof automotive can you get the strosek stuff for you. They donīt have that in the shop, but i think they are official dealer for strosek stuff.
You can enter the strosek.de site, and you will have an option to set the language from german to english (down left)
Hope that helped!
Regards
Andy that would not have to pay the shipping, but has no money for the kit
