I ordered mine end of February, 2005. The dealer said it would take approx. 60-90 days. Long story short, the DAY it was supposed to be delivered (which they said it would) they bumped it back another 30 days. It ended up taking another seven weeks, for like a total of almost five months.

I ended up buying another car at another dealer. A side note is this was a 2005 Track when it had the new 300hp motor, they were hard to find.

Was/is there any penalties for not taking your order? If I found another one on a lot in a week or so and wanted that one. I wonder if there are any redline's out there in Michigan... Red is my 2nd choice for color.

Yes. Typically you will forfeit your deposit.

which do you want? in michigan or mid west? you said midwest so thats what i gave you... and it doesnt cost 1000 dollars to truck it in. 500 dollars tops.
and if they hire a professional driver 25 cents a mile TOPS

im a dealer. what im telling you is the truth, if you believe your dealer your a fool as they will say ANYTHING to get more of your money.

go get your money back as they lied to you and cant deliver the car to you in 60 days like they told you....90 days MINIMUM...

once you get your money back email me and tell me what you want and ill find the closest thing to what you want and tell you where to go to that has it

I got mine back about six weeks after the car came in, though I had already bought another one. They said I had a $500 credit at the dealership, so I went in to get some service done and their service crew was rude and unprofessional. I never looked back.

About 3 weeks after I went there, I got a check in the mail for $500.
