The seller has 0 feedback and there is no BIN. Seems fishy.

I would run a carfax and have the car checked out by a trusted mechanic before purchasing.

Probably a scam. A while back i was trying to find a nice 240sx to do a rb swap into. I found one on ebay that was mint. I knew the price was to low, and asked all kinds of questions, mainly how they would except payment. If they say western union or anything like that its prob a scam. Also tell them you have a family member etc who lives locally and ask when would be a good time for them to drop by and drive the vehicle.. Gotta be carefull ton of scamers on ebay.

Googled the VIN and and came up with this link. http://www.supratraderonline.com/sup...ngs/l0021.html

Looks like this car was just sold in California with 60,000 miles on it. Now listed in Virginia with 53,000? SCAM!

Agree. The note above tells you that the seller is fishing for marks. There is no car. There is no auction.

I would go ahead and say that it is a scam. I am dealing with this right now as well. I seen a car on ebay and emailed the guy(who had an aol email address). I spoke with him for almost 2 weeks before deciding to purchase the car. Everything seem legit. I had names, numbers, addresses, etc. You name it, I had it. Well then I get an email from ebay, well I thought it was from ebay, with an invoice to pay ebay and everything. Even talked to the guy up until the car was supposed to be delivered. He told me that he was sending the title and keys with the car. He even gave me a shipping number with DAS Autoshippers, which is who ebay uses. Well when the car was supposed to arrive. It didn't. And now, his email and ebay account don't exist. I have been back and forth with my police and police in his area and ebay for about 7 months now and still no word.
