Hi Cindy,
I know you and your coworkers check this forum. I called this morning around 8:30AM without any real information and in the course of a few minutes you provided more information about my car than I have found out in the last few months. Unfortunately, I posted your name and number online as a result. After receiving the best customer service I have gotten from Nissan in the time since I ordered my Z, I absolutely was not intending to increase your workload or cause you problems. I apologize. If you ever need a letter of recommendation or testimonial to your courtesy please just email me.
