As someone above pointed out, you can get a leather restoration kit or find someone who specializes in leather restoration. I had a worn outer bolster on the driver's seat of one of my 16-valve 190E's restored by a professional and it came out pretty much like new. Check with a dealer to get a referral. They use these specialists all the time to refurbish used cars.
