***HELP*** How much would you list this car at???
Okay I have a 2003 nissan 350z touring edition without navigation. I have 19 inch rims (rpm505) with toyo t-1 tires (80 percent tread left) and a tv screen, 2-10 inch subs, an amp. The car is black on black with a fresh new paint job. The car does have a SALVAGE TITLE, because i bought it smashed and fixed it up. It has about 39,000 miles on it. HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK I SHOULD LIST THE CAR AT TO SELL IT!!??!?!? any help i would greatly appreciate!
Thanks,
brett

No, way 20K and a salvaged title
Mint 03 touring with low miles can be picked up from a private seller for close to that price
Also very few banks if any will finance a Salvage title, so unless someone has cash and doesnt go to the trouble to search the title I wouldnt expect more then 15K... but am no expert

In my opinion, an 03 with 5k miles in 100% perfect condition is MAYBE worth $20k... For salvage and already fixed and "looking new", I'd say under $15k at best. Just my opinion again.

I am a dealer and i sell alot of salvaged cars in your case i would make sure i have all the invoices for the repairs that were done to it. And then i would carfax it myself to see what the accident was (as this is what the buyer will see) if the car is actually as perfect as you say. Then it will sell quicker but if it had water damage you will get a lot less unless you completely replaced the wiring. Also if it has been fixed then it better have a rebuilt title and not just a salvage title because if its only salavge most people arent going to buy it. I would say sell it anywhere from 12,500 to 16,000 because your mileage isnt too great and the 03 had alot of problems that needed the warranty to fix (which you dont have). I personally own a rebuilt title Z and its perfect but i only had the driver door replaced and its an 05 with only 8,000 miles on it in a few years ill still probably sell it for 20 or a little over. And as for your aftermarket stuff your better to just sell that off and take it back to stock. Good luck

$18,000 for two weeks...
$16,000 for two weeks...
and so on until you get a bite. As I mentioned, what happens if a buyer offers $14,000? Will you accept the offer?

I would say 13-16k without the mods. Mods really don't raise value despite what you spent on them. And, salvage titles are very bad for selling.
Any reason why you are selling it? If its to get another Z, I would just keep that one since you spent the money to fix it up and the miles aren't too high -- right around mine.
