Default 4 years ago today...

I picked up my 350Z at the dealership. It was the second Z to be delivered to a customer at this dealership, the first pre-order to show up.

Its been a long and winding road, but overall I have to say I still love the car. Its my 3rd Z, and will probably be the last car I buy for a while. I'll be getting a Vortech installed in the next few weeks, and that better last me for the next 5 years, or the wife will kill me.

37K miles and I still smile when I take an agressive corner!!!

Damn... it's hard to believe they've been out that long already. To me it still seems like they're the "new" thing.

now on the contrary if you want realiability why not go with a stillen s/c i think the stage 2 comes with a 3year/36000mile warrenty, just a thought.

Stillen: Limited HP potential, A lot more expensive, Needs an ugly hood.

I have researched this thing to death, and the Vortech is a very reliable system; many people on this board have 20K+ trouble free miles on thier Vortechs so far.

Install starts next week. I am having a lot more than just the stock Vortech install. Water/Methonal Injection, oil pan spacer and oil cooler, gauges, flywheel, 3.13 pully shooting for 8 psi and a few other bits and pieces. We are targeting 360 to 390, we'll see what happens after tuning.

Well, in a few weeks my Z will be putting out four-hundred something horses Personally I could care less about an 8,000rpm readline, the SC whine will be enough for me.
