This thread is hilarious. I have to agree on one point with the OP, I find myself going faster than the limit without realizing it a few times. No tickets yet though (crosses fingers).
my ticket was a stupid 15 over, i wasn't even trying to speed, just didn't realize it as i was enjoying how well it took the turns. I have done so crazy stuff the car car and havn't been caught, so i count my blessings

Camaro194- obviously the cop did catch up to me because he pulled me over...please take a critical reading class at your local community college so that you can actually understand things when you read.. and no the 350z was not designed to drive in 35 mph city traffic
As far as a radar I used to have one (cobra) set up under the rear view mirror but then I would have cops on my tail just following me around for a mile or two so I took it off. And it didn't work too well.

actually, try the track idea - it will cost less than tix and increased insurance and once you start learning to really push it on a track (surrounded (& passed ...) by vetts and vipers etc.) you'll feel less of a 'need for speed'* out amongst the child filled minivans
then you'll get to see the z's real potential [and learns it huge weakness (crappy brakes)]

I don't think I would ever go to a track, driving in circles seems some what pointless. Paying to drive in circles.. and tracks are too far from my home..
I was speeding on a toll road which in California at 1 PM there wasn't another car in sight.. 5 lanes on each side of traffic maybe 9 or 10 mile stretch..
