Bad Bumper chips.
I was cruising on the 57 freeway towards pomona headed to Soup Plantation with a buddy and was behind some piece of &#*$ 1980 somethin buick, anyhow right before Lambert exit something either falls off from under his car or runs over something like a thin but heavy looking piece of sheet metal anyway this thing flies up and hits my bumper pretty hard, so when I get to my destination I see a huge *** crack on my driver side corner of my bumper.
I've only had the car for about 3 1/2 weeks now and i am SUPER **** about dents, scratches n such because my car is black.
Is there anyway if I take it to a body shop that this crack on my bumper can be completely fixed/filled/painted over so that it will look like it never happened or do I have to buy a new bumper?

They may be able to repair it but the chance of it turning out good is slim imo. Being in socal you should be able to find someone whos replaced their bumper and is wanting to sell. Even if you have to get it painted it'd be better than bondO.

Look at the bright side, you can get the front bumper repainted, and since they won't do a crap micron-thin job, your paint will be much much more resistant to chips in the future...

The bumper on my 03 SB is shot! little white chips all over. It looks really bad. I even have a bunch of chips on my hood. My plan eventually would be to replace the bumper with the Aerosync Nismo replica and have it clear bra'd. Was alos thinking about the Seibon stock looking carbon fiber hood. Bottom line is there are always options.
